DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP 2074 AURELIUS ROAD * HOLT, MI 48842 May 19, 2026 Dear Taxpayer: Upon routine audits of the qualified voters’ registration, returned mailings, and/or changes in utility billing in Delhi Township it was observed that you do not appear to occupy your property identified on the enclosed affidavit as your principal residence. Due to the property not being owner occupied it is ineligible for the Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) from the School Operating Millage. Enclosed is a Request to Rescind Principal Residence Exemption affidavit. Please complete this form and return it to our office for processing. If you do occupy the property as your primary residence, please provide documentation to substantiate your claim. According to our records this is the Third attempt to rectify our records regarding this matter. If no contact is received by June 8, 2026, our office will deny the exemption and process the form on behalf of the parcel.
