4. REASON FOR PROTEST

State reason(s) for protest of assessed value and/or the tentative taxable value and/or classification and/or qualified agricultural property exemption

Why our we classified Residential for 2025 after being Agricultural in 2024? Our property is more than 50% farmland

|

& actively farmed. We made no changes and will continue to farm. Several properities around us continue to maintain

Agricultural classification yet have less land farmed. What happens to when we add livestock and chickens this year?

|

We also do not agree with the assessed $ of the property since we only paid $280,000 for it after it sat on the market.
