[during 2016, transferred her ownership of the subject to an LLC during 2024, and that LLC was

Petitioner requests the following relief (attach additional page if necessary):

The subject was improperly uncapped for the 2025, and 2026 Tax Years. Petitioner requests that the subject's property taxes be

properly capped. Notwithstanding, Petitioner's valuation analysis supports a True Cash Value of $400,000 for the 2025 and 2026

Tax Years.

20.

List the separate and specific facts upon which Petitioner relies to support the

relief requested (attach additional page if necessary):

For 2025 and 2026, the property's taxes should be capped because the 2024 transfer of

ownership from Ornella Frisoli to 2915 John R Street LLC qualifies for the Commonly

Controlled Legal Entity Exemption from uncapping (MCLA 211.27(a)(7)(m). Ornella Friisol

purchased the subject during 2016. She transferred the subject to the LLC during 2024.

Ornella Frisoli is the sole member and sole operator of 2915 John R Street LLC.
