Motion To Consolidate Appeals and Set for Hearing 

1. 

Petitioner filed an appeal for 2024 Docket # 24-000820, which has been held in abeyance 

pending the STC hearing and decision which has occurred.

Petitioner filed an appeal for 2025 Docket # 25-002344. 

3. 

The State Tax Commission has ruled on the valuations for 2022 and 2023 which are the 

subject of this appeal.

All years 2022-2025, involve the same pole barn and real property and same evidence. 

Wherefore, Petitioner moves this court to consolidate Docket # 25-002344 and Docket # 24- 

000820 with the instant case.
