MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

| wish this Tribunal to reconsider 

My request to grant a hearing for my property tax 

- 

2. 

Good cause exists to grant reconsideration because: 

| closed on my condo on 1/15/25 and left. Upon my return on 3/15/25 there was an 

assessment sent in February for quite more that 

| paid for. Few things to note was the 

fact that just last week my condo was finished. None of the 66 condos in our 

development “received such an increase ever except for mine. 

| feel that there is a 

discrimination going on. 

| would appreciate the opportunity to present my case.Thank 

vou for vour consideration.
