Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal
I just found out yesterday about the letter dated 12.9.2025. They said this was mailed to my residence but I did not receive it. I did respond last year to a PRE
letter from last year. I did not hear anything back from that letter. I was told over the phone yesterday my exemption was denied because my drivers license
was not at my residence. I use by business address in Flint for my drivers license. I own several businesses from that address and it makes it much easier for all
of my business accounts for me to use the Flint address. I am only at my home later at night and some weekends. It is better to receive all of my mailing to my
business address. 6075 Birch Rd, Flint MI 48507

 2022, 2023,2024,2025
