[J True Cash and Taxable Value

Taxable Value Only (calculation)

[mn] Uncapping of Taxable Value

Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

I have not improved upon the value of the property.

| do not understand the steep

increase of the value of the home when no additional add - ons, repairs, or

improvements have been made.

There is a significant amount of repairs needing to be made on this house such as:

Front door is unusable due to steps collapsing leading to the outside, both main and

upstairs flooring have significant slanting due to the house sagging, electrical issues

leading to outlets being unusable, all doors except sliding outside door do not close

properly, bathrooms have leaking issues and rotting wood work.

These repairs alone will cost me roughly $45,000 as is. House was also originally built

in 1890s, this is not a new construction. At the sale of the house the appraiser listed the

house under the value of what we had to buy it at, meaning that the house is less than

the listed price.

I will happily supply pictures if you need evidence of this, or even a in house person

visit.
