JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINES

AND MOTION FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION

NOW COME the parties by and through their respective counsel and respectfully request

that this Honorable Tribunal enter an Order granting their request for immediate consideration and

extending the current deadlines. In support of their Joint Motion, the parties state as follows:

1.

This matter has been placed on the December 1, 2025 Prehearing Call with

prehearing statements to be filed and exchanged by August 4, 2025.

2.

The subject appeal involves the retroactive uncapping of the taxable value of

residential real property.

3.

The parties are actively engaged in the ongoing exchange of information and

settlement discussions.

4.

Some of the information requested and exchanged is decades old and has been

challenging to track down and has only recently been located and exchanged.

5.

The parties believe that additional time could result in the narrowing or elimination

of the dispute.

6.

The parties have not previously sought to extend deadlines.

WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request that this Honorable Tribunal grant their

motion for immediate consideration and enter an Order removing this matter from the December

1, 2025 Prehearing Call and extending all deadlines by ninety (90) days.
