This is a property tax appeal in which Petitioner is challenging the 2025 assessed and taxable values of its commercial real property located in the City of Ferndale. 2. Petitioner submitted its Petition in this appeal on May 30, 2025.

2 3. Under TTR 237(4), “A petition may be withdrawn upon motion filed by the petitioner before the answer or first responsive motion has been filed with the tribunal.” TTR 237(4). 4. No answer or first responsive motion has been filed in this matter. 5. Petitioner therefore moves pursuant to TTR 237(4) for the withdrawal of its Petition.
