STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT JUDGMENT

(Additional Pages)

6.

This Stipulation is entered into solely for purpose of resolving the valuation dispute for the

tax year at issue in this appeal. Nothing herein shall be construed to: (a) constitute a finding of fact

or law applicable to any other tax year; (b) limit or impair the Respondent’s statutory authority to

assess or reassess the subject property in any subsequent tax year; or (c) preclude the Respondent

from determining that assessable land improvements exist in a later year based upon then-existing

facts, changes to the property, correction of prior errors, or discovery of previously omitted

property. The parties acknowledge that Respondent’s obligation to maintain uniformity of

assessments within the Township may require reassessment or reclassification of land

improvements on a township-wide or class-wide basis in future tax years, and nothing in this

Stipulation shall be construed to limit that authority. The parties agree that the Township retains

full authority under Michigan law to assess the subject property in all subsequent tax years, and

that this Stipulation shall have no res judicata, collateral-estoppel, or precedential effect beyond

the tax year expressly resolved herein.
