Statement for Michigan Tax Tribunal: Veteran Entitlement Exemption Status
I. Petitioner and Property Identification §0- 44-250 ~ 043-60
Petitioner / Property Owner: Joseph Scott Gray
Veteran Status: 100% Permanent and Total Disabled American Veteran
Subject Property: 213 East 2nd Street

Trust Structure and Beneficiary Designation:
The property asset was conveyed into the BTR Trust for estate planning and preservation. Within this trust structure, my
spouse (Paula Ruth Gray) and my daughter (Megan Ann Bierlein) are designated beneficiaries holding equitable and
beneficial interests, with their inclusion on the deed established based upon this equitable standing as beneficiaries, while
| retain full power of revocation, control, and possessory rights as the Trustor.
