In 2025 I was under the impression that my township no longer needed to be provided with a disability letter for the purposes of forgiving/expunging taxes. I

understand now that the year wherein the township will no longer need disability letters in perpetuity is 2026. I misunderstood the statement of the township

clerk when she told me I would no longer need to provide documentation in 'the following year'. This misunderstanding on my part occurred when I appeared in

person to the township office to submit my tax exemption form for 2024.

I have had property taxes expunged/forgiven for the years of 2022-2024 with no issue and would like to respectfully request that my taxes for 2025 be

expunged/forgiven in a manner similar to the previous years.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
