I am appealing the sewer special assessment because I believe the amount assessed against my property is excessive and is not proportional to the actual benefit

the sewer project provides to my property. I dispute whether the anticipated increase in market value attributable specifically to the sewer improvement

reasonably justifies the total cost being imposed on my property. I request an independent review of the assessment, including the methodology used to

determine the amount charged to my parcel, the special benefits received by my property, and whether the assessment is fairly and proportionately allocated. I

ask that the assessment be reduced to an amount supported by the actual special benefit to my property.

Section 5: Jurisdictional Issues

Did you protest the special assessment at the hearing held to confirm the special assessment roll?

No

If Yes, what was the date of the hearing held to confirm the special assessment roll?

If No, explain:

Was unable to attend. I did turn in a formal letter of protest
