ORDER DENYING JOINT STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT JUDGMENT

The Tribunal has reviewed the case file and the stipulation filed on September 24, 2025,

and finds denial appropriate for the following reasons:

1. Petitioner has not paid the appropriate filing fee as required by TTR 223;

2. Petitioner has not served the proper parties as required by TTR 227; and

3. Respondent has not filed an answer as required by TTR 235.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case will be placed on a Prehearing General Call

in the normal course of scheduling.
