Section 4: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

When they built this sub in 1989, they installed a sewer system for

alt to take

pe

fab

run-off water and snow.

Phase

| paid the bills and were reimbursed by phase OO when

il was built

When the

new builder and developer died, new owners developed Phase Ill. Alt 3 phases used the

same sewer system that drains to run-off

1 or run-off 2.

Phase 3 contended they did use our sewer system and so

| copied maps for all 3

phases.

It showed in fact that it provides a system for all of us. They agreed and paid all

their back dues. All 3 phases have copies. The map in the paper appeared to show all

of our 216 lots paying, so

| went to the Orion Twp offices and asked

if it applied to all of

us. She said yes.

| missed the hearing meeting because of another appointment.

Section 5: Jurisdictional Issues

Did you protest the special assessment at the hearing held to confirm the special assessment roli? [MR] Yes
