ORDER DENYING JOINT STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT JUDGMENT The Tribunal has reviewed the case file and the stipulation, filed on October 26, 2024, and finds that: under TTR 249, a stipulation must be signed by all parties, if the parties are not represented, or their attorneys or authorized representatives. The instant stipulation has not been agreed to and signed by Petitioner's authorized representative.
