of Harrison, Macomb County, Michigan, which is hereby declared and determined

to be the special

assessment

district which shall be required to pay the cost of said improvement:

Remove an average of 2 to 3-feet of organic sediment from lake canals that measures 4,860 linear

feet long. Lots that host dredging

equipment

or pipeline access to sediment

bag location at Aune

Park will not be charged for the cost of work

Final assessed cost is based on actual construction and miscellaneous costs.

Estimate

of Cost-$

1, 333, 547. 03 or$ 10, 179. 75 per lot.

That your Board create

and

establish

a special

assessment

district of the land benefited

and to be

benefited

by the

improvement

above

described, 

and

raise

the

necessary

money

to

pay

for

said

improvement, by levying special assessments

upon said benefited lands, and if necessary

issue and sell

special

assessment

bonds

in anticipation

of such special

assessment, to provide

the money with which

to pay the costs

of such

improvement.

That in the opinion of your petitioners, the land benefited

by the canal

improvement

described improvement is each and every lot and parcel of land in the above described area ofthe Charter
