2024 Original Assessed Value $50,600

2024 “Board of Review” Assessed Value $50,600

by petitioner); both are slightly higher values than the parcel you own. No

changes were made.

The action of the MBOR may be appealed to the Michigan Tax Tribunal (MTT) within 35

days of this notice. To appeal, file a petition with the MTT, which can be obtained on

their website https:/Avww. michigan.gov/taxirib (517) 335-9760.
