Good cause exists to grant reconsideration because: 

Docket #24-003589 

Per a conversation with he Mi Tax Tribunal office, 

| altached the filing ime line that LARA hed up the filing of my documents. There was an error in my profile set up by the LARA 

administrator, which would not allow me to electronically upload the file exception to my ruling on docket #24-003589. 

| e-mailed the exemplion to my ruling, on July 7 to two different 

e-mail addresses and 

| was notified that they would not accept the forms in those formats. Additionally, due 10 the file being setup improperly, 

} was not able to upload the response online. 

| refiled the exception after the error in the system was corrected by the administrator with explanation. The judge would not accept the paper work that was electronically filed because 

of the date. 

| called after receiving the final opinion and judgement and was told 1 need to fite the motion for reconsideration with explanation. 

July 4th a holiday, July & and July 6, a 

week-end, July 7th the system would not accept the electronic filing. See attached. 

July 8th, 

§ received notice that 

| could not e-mail, it had to be electronically filed. 

The person at the Mi Tax Tribunal fixed the errors in the systern and had me reflle my paper work with

explanation. The paper work was accepted with explanation by electronically filing for the July 8 

date. August 25 it was ruled the that the exception was received July 8 and was not considered 

because it was passed the 20-day time frame. 

| was told, if I snail mailed the exception, the post 

mark would have been accepted as an acceptable date, 

| e-mailed and have proof of dates, this 

should also be accepted as an acceptable date. Thank you for your time and efforts in this 

matter.

Please note the documentation was submitted via email on 7/7/2025. 

| was not able to submit 

through the portal because my email address was not attached in the LARA system when the 

case was created. 

| worked with Savana to troubleshoot the issue and she was able to correct 

multiple issue within the system.

Judgement Entered: 06/17/2025. 

Mailed/Postmarked: 06/19/2025 (Which was a Holiday). 

Received: 06/24/2025, 

E-file: 07/06/2025 —~ Unable to access System. Setup incorrectly at LARA, 

E-file/email: 07/07/2025 — email received. E-file would not allow access to case account. 

Email not accepted by LARA — 07/08/2025. Email from LARA stating that documents had to be 

uploaded through E-file. 

Letter to Respondent delivered to the Township Accessor: 07/07/2025 

E-file: 07/08/2025 — Savana at LARA corrected case account issues. Uploaded files.
