RECEIVED : AUG 05 2025 Timothy M Kelems MICHI MTT Docket No. 25-002131 GAN TAX TRIBUNAL To Whom it may concern. | am appealing the 2025 Board of review decision to raise my taxes on a new building | purchased in 2024. The Property identification number 073-H10-000-030-00. I have submitted everything | thought | needed to be including in the appeal including the original paper from my assessing department. | tried to get online and resubmit the letter and the system keeps kicking me out. | tried on my laptop and on my work computer. That is why | am sending a copy of all of the information | feel you need to see to help change the assessed value of the property. We only paid $72,0000 for the building and lot in 2024 and not only has it NOT been improved, it is in worse shape than when we acquired it. The building was on the market for two years listed for $89,000 with no takers. twas a medical building prior to us purchasing it and the doctor group built a new medical building in town now so there is no need for a second one. We have plans to convert it to apartments but are only in the beginning stages of that. The property has been vandalized and although it hopefully will be one day made into apartments and be worth more money, right now itis not. The building is not worth $200,000 as my township says. It is only worth what someone will pay for it which was 72000 and that was in good condition. Please consider everything | have written about and let me know what else | can do to fix this issue. | am enclosing all the paperwork we received from the Sate of Mi as well as photos of what the building currently looks like and the 2025 Board of review decision. Thank you for your time, Timothy and Nancy Kelems In regards to address 116 S Church St.
