Starting in 1995, your property

If there is a number entered in the "Change" column at the right side of the Taxable

Value line, that number is not your change in taxes.

State Equalized Value must be approximately 50% of Market Value.

2012 Appraisal of Real Property (Copy)

Dear Board Members,

I recently received the 2014 Notice of Assessment for my home residence

located at the above address and would like to request a review of assessment

value.

| purchased this home in February of 2012 for $133,450. During the

purchase process it was appraised at $138,000. The mortgage company even

had a second appraisal done to verify this value as they thought it may be too

high. The second appraisal agreed with the first.

The 2014 Notice of Assessment now has the assessed value in excess of the

purchase price. As per the notice “State Equalized Value must be approximately

50% of Market Value”. Based on that statement and the 2014 assessed value,

my property would have a market value of approximately $267,380. While

|

would like to believe that market value has increased by +100%,

I think reality

would be different.

I would like to respectfully request a review of the assessment on this property.

|

would have preferred to appear in person but my work requires extensive travel

and

| will be out of town during the boards scheduled meetings.

Sincerely,

Daniel L Davis
