Section 4: Issues Being Appealed (check all that apply)

Taxable Value Only (calculation)

Section 5: Explain the Reason for this Appeal

I am a farmer who is 86 years old, my family farm was established in 1863. I am a registered one owner family farm in the State of Michigan for over 150 years. I

dispute the increasing valuation of my land year after year as I am taxed on this taxable increase valuation. I am appealing the taxation of my property which is not

producing crops that are increasing in value, they are decreasing in value. I should be taxed on my output instead of the fictious increased valuation of my land. My

assessed value is going up by 10-15% each year. This is wrong.
