My mother, Barbara C. Green, owned two parcels of property on Birch Lake. She

passed away on July 4, 2025. She left the two parcels of property to her three living

children (including me). When the title was transferred to the three of us by the attorney

handiing her estate, the attorney was not aware of the need for an affadavit since we

reside in the state of Wisconsin. We have now submitted the affadavit and are

requesting an exemption from the uncapping of taxable value through the appeal

process. Thank you.
