Halm ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT On November 14, 2025, Petitioner filed a motion requesting the Tribunal set aside the default entered in this case on October 7, 2025. Respondent has not filed a response to the motion.
