i own several properties in the area, and

i have bought several vacant lots, (such as this

one) from the Detroit Land Bank Authority and also from private sellers.

i have paid between $100-250 per lot and have never paid anything close to this

assessed valuation.

i can provide a plethera of comps from other sold lots in the same

area and zip code that have sold for exactly what im claiming this vacant lot is worth.

i respectfully request that this lot be reduced to the price that

| and others have paid for

these similar lots, as this is my one opportunity to do so, as the assesed that

i have

been given is 4-8X more what it it worth and that

i paid.
