STATEMENT ATTACHED TO PETITION OF MILGROM REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST TO ENTIRE TRIBUNAL PROPERTY TAX PETITION For the 2026 tax year. Parcel No. 32-25-20-327-003 19. Relief requested. (a) Enter an Order reducing the 2026 assessed, state equalized and/or taxable values to those contended by PeZZoner; (b) Order Respondent to pay PeZZoner the refund a]ributable to such reducZons, plus interest and costs; (c) Order the Officer charged with maintaining the assessment rolls to correct or cause the assessment rolls to be corrected to reflect the true cash value of each property on the assessment rolls; and (d) Provide PeZZoner such other relief as the Tribunal deems appropriate. 20. Facts in support of relief requested. The 2026 assessment, including state equalized value and taxable value imposed on PeZZoner’s property and the taxes to be levied and collected thereon, are invalid and unlawful and operate as a fraud upon the taxpayer for the reasons that: (a) The assessed, state equalized and/or taxable values, exceed the amounts permi]ed by the Michigan ConsZtuZon and applicable statutes; (b) The assessed, state equalized and/or taxable value, are at higher percentages of true cash value than permissible under the Michigan ConsZtuZon and applicable statutes; (c) The assessed, state equalized and/or taxable value, are based upon an erroneous determinaZon of the true cash value of that porZon of PeZZoner’s property that is taxable under Michigan law and are based upon the applicaZon of wrong principles; and (d) The assessed, state equalized and/or taxable value, and the mode of assessment used by Respondent, discriminate against PeZZoner and deny PeZZoner its consZtuZonal rights of uniformity, equal protecZon and due process of law. (e) The method used to determine true cash value does not achieve uniform assessments.
