ORDER SETTING ASIDE DEFAULT

ORDER REMOVING CASE FROM ABEYANCE

On December 2, 2024, the Tribunal issued Orders placing this case in abeyance and

requiring Respondent to notify the Tribunal and Petitioner as to who will be its

representative in this case. Respondent responded on December 20, 2024, indicating

that Kelly Rifenbark would be the assessor representing Respondent. However, the

Tribunal errored in the processing of this information and on February 3, 2025, an Order

Holding Respondent in Default and a second Order Requiring Information were issued.

Having now correctly entered Respondent’s information, it is necessary to set aside the

default and to remove this case from abeyance. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the February 3, 2025 Order holding Respondent in default is SET

ASIDE.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is REMOVED FROM ABEYANCE.

This case will be scheduled for hearing in the normal course of business.
