Check which of the following you are appealing: (check all that apply)

True Cash and Taxable Values

Please Explain the Reason for this Appeal:

Notice of Assessment for 2026 has an assessed value that puts the true cash value at $92,500. Land division occurred in 2025, resulting in one parcel with road

frontage and one without. Petitioner retained parcel with no frontage on M-119. The two resulting parcels were assessed with the same per parcel rate. The back

parcel per acre rate should be less than that of the parcel with M-119 frontage, as acreage without road frontage would have a lower value per acre.

Jurisdictional Issues:

Did you protest the assessment at a Board of Review? Yes

If Yes, check which Board of Review you attended: March
