19.

Petitioner requests the following relief (attach additional page if necessary):

| believe the assessed value of 71235 Memphis Ridge Rd., Richmond is excessive because the property is a special-purpose

funeral home with a limited market of potential buyers. While it functions as a funeral home, the building's design is highly

specialized and not readily adaptable to other commercial uses without substantial renovation. This functional obsolescence

reduces its market value. The property's value should be based on the real estate itself, not the value of the operating funeral

business, goodwill, customer relationships, equipment, or other business assets.

20.

List the separate and specific facts upon which Petitioner relies to support the

relief requested (attach additional page if necessary):

| believe the assessed value of 71235 Memphis Ridge Rd., Richmond, MI is excessive because the

$625,000 purchase price included both the real estate and the operating funeral business, including

goodwill, furnishings, equipment, and other business assets. Therefore, the purchase price does not

represent the market value of the real estate alone. The property is a special-purpose funeral home

with a limited pool of potential buyers and a highly specialized layout that is not readily adaptable to

other commercial uses without significant renovation.
