MTT docket# 26-002252 I am responding to a Order of Default notice I received. It is asking me for a copy of the notice giving rise to the appeal. I was unsure of what that was so I contacted my township assessor Christine Ledergerber of superior township. She said I did not need to submit this and that she already approved this for the December board of review and I don’t have to do anything else. I do not want to be held in default or for my case to be held up. If there are more/different steps I need to take please contact me on how to proceed. Thank you Michael Smith
