ORDER DENYING STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT JUDGMENT

The Tribunal has reviewed the case file and the Stipulation for Entry of Consent

Judgment filed on September 23, 2026 and finds that the Stipulation was filed with no

filing fee. You were, however, required to pay a $25.00 filing fee and submit

documentation indicating that the opposing party has been notified of that payment. As

such, the Stipulation is not properly pending. Nevertheless, the Tribunal reviewed the

Stipulation and finds that under TTR 253, a stipulation must be signed by all parties, if

the parties are not represented, or their attorneys or authorized representatives. The

instant stipulation has not been agreed to and signed by Petitioner’s authorized

representative. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a hearing in this case shall be scheduled in the normal

course.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that because this Stipulation for Entry of Consent

Judgment is no longer pending before the Tribunal, a new stipulation is required for any

future settlement. However, if the new stipulation is filed within 14 days of the issuance

of this order, no additional filing fee is required.
