Petitioner voluntarily withdraws the above-captioned property tax appeal filed with the Michigan Tax Tribunal concerning the assessment of the property identified hereinabove. 2. No Further Tribunal Action Needed. The parties agree that this withdrawal resolves all issues raised in this appeal and that no further action by the Tribunal is required, except for entry of an order acknowledging the withdrawal. 3. No Admission.
